Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data the Auriatorium store collects when you buy and use our plugins, and how we handle it.
Who controls your data
The data controller is Hodfords Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong. Hodfords Limited is the controller for every storefront in the house.
What we collect
- Account & contact — your email address, and any message you send us.
- Order & licence records — what you bought, your order and licence references, and download history.
- Activation data — a one-way hashed machine identifier used to enforce the machine limit. We do not read your files, projects or other software.
- Security & technical — IP address, timestamps and session information, used to sign you in securely and protect the account against abuse.
Payment data
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Your card details are collected and processed by Paddle under Paddle’s own privacy policy — we never receive or store them.
How we use it
- to take payment, deliver your download and issue and verify your licence;
- to give you access to your account and past purchases;
- to provide support and respond to you;
- to keep the service and your account secure;
- to meet legal and accounting obligations, including financial record-keeping.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the providers that run the service, and only as needed:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment, tax and fraud prevention as Merchant of Record;
- Resend — to send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, licence keys);
- our hosting and infrastructure providers, to run the store.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep account and licence data while your account is active. Financial and transaction records are retained for the minimum period required by law (at least seven years). We do not run automatic purges of financial records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to records we are legally required to keep. To make a request, email support@auriatorium.com.
Cookies
The store uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies — for example to keep you signed in after you use a sign-in link. These are required for the store to work and are not used for advertising.
